Meet Our Executive Head Chef Danny Young
Danny has trained at the highest level for the last 12 years from his home county Lancashire, from leaving school at 16 Danny went straight into hospitality as an apprentice working his way up to head chef at Northcote 1 Michelin star. Along the way Danny has won multiple awards including Young National Chef of The Year and most recently an Acorn award for his contribution to the industry.
The main priority for Danny is to provide quality tasteful food at a high standard, he has a passion for showcasing some of the best ingredients to create only the best and supporting local suppliers and producers within the area.
